We're tickled pink with top honour's listing...
Following on from last year's No.1 listing in Business Weekly's New Years Honours, Design and New Media category, this year we've done it again, being rated No.1 agency under the new combined creative category 'Image Makers'. Business Weekly say we have 'the broadest range of communications skills they have come across in the UK, let alone the region' and that our skills are 'no nonsense in approach but breathtaking in effectiveness'.
It's not just our communication skills that have made us a successful agency; our ability to deliver quick turnaround projects for clients makes us truly reliable. For instance, 2Cs Retail rolled a last minute client project out across every PC World and Currys store in the UK. The late go ahead required a very quick turnaround so as not to miss the DSGi December POS moratorium. These robust, high quality FSDUs were designed to be used not only for the Christmas promotions, but also to last through the busy January sales period, which is not normal for run-of-the-mill FSDUs.
In order for us to continually deliver the way we do, we are continually having to increase our operations and we've recently welcomed two more new faces within our team; Alex Wilden is our new IT Manager and Tom Barlow has joined our web development team as a Junior Developer. Alex is MCDST and MCTS qualified and will be improving our IT infrastructure, supporting our three ISO programmes (9001, 14001 & 27001), and making sure our internal IT workflow is as efficient as possible. Tom has already bolstered our busy web development team and will be working on a range of projects, supporting our 200+ client base.
Alongside new faces, we've seen the return of familiar faces, such as Jane Skelt. Most of you will remember Jane, especially if you've been lucky enough to sample one of her famous (not to mention delicious) lunches. After a break of three years she's back and it is almost as if she has never been away. Working part time Jane's role will include office administration, reception, general multi tasking and did we mention the lunches...?
